Mr OLAJIRE is a seasoned Quantity surveyor with many years of experience in the construction industry. His experience in the industry cuts across many sector of the industry. He has participated in several high profile projects and acted in different capacities across the country.
Some of his achievements include his involvement in several Elizade/Toyota Auto-showroom buildings in Lagos, Uyo, Port Harcourt, Enugu, Ondo and Ogun State. He was involved in some construction especially Hostel developments at Elizade University, Ilara-Mokin, Ondo State.
He worked at the new Dangote refinery at Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos as a Procurement Manager on some Water and Sewage Treatment plants, also as a Lead Quantity surveyor on many civil works at Dangote Granite mines at Ijebu Igbo in Ogun State. He has been involved in several Real Estate, Private residential and office developments across Nigeria.
He was a key member in the construction of the New Nigerian Communications Commission’s (NCC) high rise building at Bankole Oki street, Ikoyi and the Rehabilitation of the 14-foor Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria
(FMBN) building – (Mamman Kotangora House) at Marina, Lagos. He acted as the Project Quantity surveyor on both projects.
He was a consultant to the development of Ayegbaju Market in Osun State, a consultant in the development of Ondo State Golf Course at Atosin, Idanre in Ondo State and a consultant on several other projects across the country.
He has also worked, as a constant, on projects outside Nigeria, one of which was a residential development at Prestea Town, Ghana.
He obtained a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Quantity surveying from The Federal University of Technology, Akure.
He is also a member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MNIQS).
